ABOUT THE COMPANY
This is a specialized division of one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America, a third generation family owned and operated business serving manufacturers of precision machined parts throughout the United States. The parent organization operates eighteen divisions supplying high precision machine tools and related technology across North America.
The division is built around a single premium Japanese precision CNC brand and has held exclusive North American distribution rights since 1978. Its mission has stayed consistent: help manufacturers maintain a competitive advantage by improving productivity.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Service Technician handles repair and maintenance of precision CNC machine tool equipment, controls, and related components purchased by customers. This position works on site at customer facilities across the territory, delivering the technical work that keeps production running and the service quality that keeps accounts.
