ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client designs and manufactures polymer safety barriers that protect people, structures and equipment in high-traffic industrial environments. Unlike steel, the patented polymer flexes on impact, absorbs the energy and returns to shape. No repainting, no rust, no replacement after every forklift strike.
Products include pedestrian and traffic barriers, column and rack-end protection, bollards, gates, dock buffers, height restrictors and machine guarding. Barriers are independently tested and certified to PAS 13. Customers include major distribution, manufacturing, automotive, cold storage and food and beverage operations, including some of the largest names in logistics.
The sale is consultative and value-driven: a free site survey, a CAD layout proposal, and professional installation. It is a buy-once product that outlasts steel.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a hunter role. You will own a multi-state Upper Midwest territory, build a pipeline of warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing plants, and close new business while growing existing accounts. The territory has a lot of untapped opportunity, and the company needs someone who is on the road, in facilities and in front of decision makers.
For the first 90 days you will prospect and book your own appointments. Reps who prove themselves are paired with a dedicated inside sales partner whose job is to fill your calendar.
